Get to Know: Austin Bohn

Austin Bohn is a junior from Annville, Pa., majoring in information systems. At this year's UAA meet, Bohn helped the 200-yard freestyle relay finish third to earn All-UAA honors.

2. Most influential person in your life 
My family

3. Favorite place to vacation
I’ve never been to the same place twice, so it’s hard to say.  I like adventurous vacations like white water rafting for a week in Hell’s Canyon, Idaho.

4. A super power you wish you had
Flying.  It would be awesome, and fast.

5. Most memorable moment while at CMU
There is no single moment. Every year and semester brings new momentous occasions including Carnival (pushing buggy, building booth), qualifying for NCAA’s, passing Physics II, and every moment that isn’t the result of work but the daily interactions with the incredible people here.

6. One thing very few people know about you
I grew up on a llama farm.

7. Favorite song to listen to before a race
Depends on the race.

8. Future aspirations
I really want to travel a lot.

9. If you could live anywhere, you would live...
At the moment, New York City...or London.

10. If you were an animal you would be...
Bald Eagle.  If you’ve seen one, you’ll know why.
