(NEWARK, N.J.) – The 18th-ranked Carnegie Mellon University women's soccer team competed against 24th-ranked New York University on Friday, October 24 in University Athletic Association (UAA) action. The Tartans dropped a 2-0 decision and are now 9-4-2 overall and 0-3-1 in conference play while the Violets improve to 9-3-3 and 1-2-1.
