#11 Tartans Drops Contest to #3 Chicago
SANDUSKY, Ohio) – The Carnegie Mellon men's tennis team, ranked 11th, traveled to Sandusky, Ohio on Saturday afternoon to face third-ranked University of Chicago. The Tartans dropped a 7-0 match and are now 10-1 while the Maroons move to 12-3.
Inside the Results
- Chicago won the team doubles point with wins at one and three doubles. The Tartans second tandem of senior Akshay Joshi and freshman Ian Miller won 6-4.
- The Maroons then claimed all six singles matches to secure the win.
