Tartans Travel to #3 Johns Hopkins

(BALTIMORE, Md.) – The Carnegie Mellon University volleyball team traveled to Baltimore, Maryland on Saturday to play the third-ranked Blue Jays of Johns Hopkins University. The Tartans dropped a 3-0 match and are now 13-8 overall while the Blue Jays moved to 20-2.

• The set scores were 25-14, 25-18 and 25-14.
• Graduate student Laura Reichard along with juniors Elizabeth Schlemmer and Bella Woodard each had four kills for the Tartans.
• Sophomore Neha Tummala dished out 19 or the Tartans 22 assists.
• Three service aces were recorded by junior Elizabeth Schlemmer in the setback.
• Senior Abby Chen led the Cardinal and Gray with 11 digs.
