Five Tartans Named WGCA All-American Scholars

(CORAL SPRINGS, Fla.) – For the fifth time in the last six seasons, five members of the 2024-25 Carnegie Mellon University women's golf team have been named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team, as announced by the organization. Graduate student Alexis Sudjianto, seniors Sriya Mupparaju and Kaylin Yeoh, sophomore Nikita Jadhav along with freshman Cecilia Jia were recognized. It also marks the eighth straight year four or more have been recognized.

This marks the fifth accoladed for Sudjianto, fourth for Mupparaju and Yeoh, second for Jadhav while Jia is honored for the first time.

A total of 1,499 women's collegiate golfers were recognized from NCAA Division I, II and III. The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team is a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 and have played in 50% of the regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year.
