Sudjianto Earns Second UAA Women’s Golf Athlete of the Week Honor

(ROCHESTER, N.Y.) – For the second time this season, graduate student Alexis Sudjianto of the Carnegie Mellon University men's golf team was named University Athletic Association (UAA) Women's Golf Athlete of the Week following her performance at the Deb Jackson Invitational held at West Pine Golf Club in Douglasville, Georgia hosted by Emory University.

Sudjianto claimed individual medalist honors in a field of 44 golfers as she recorded a 36-hole score of even par 142. She opened play carding a three-under par 68 and then fired a 72 in the second round. The individual medalist honor for Sudjianto is the third for her collegiate career and ranks her tied for second all-time for the program.

Sudjianto has an average of 73.6 per round and ranks first on the Tartans in 16 rounds played this season.
