Tartans Take Title at Rowan Interregional Border Battle
(LOGAN TOWNSHIP, N.J.) – The Carnegie Mellon University men's cross country team, ranked 16th in NCAA Division III, competed in the Rowan Interregional Border Battle at Rowan University on Saturday, October 18 with the Tartans winning the meet in a dominant performance, scoring 67 points on the 8k course.

Results
- Senior Ryan Podnar led the Tartans placing third in the race with a time of 24:42.50.
- Sophomore Oliver Moss followed behind, placing ninth with a time of 25:02.0.
- Following closely behind was junior Nico Fasanelli in 12th with a time of 25:04.5.
- Sophomore York Bourgeois crossed the line in 17th with a time of 25:09.7.
- The fifth Tartan to cross the line was junior Adam Kollgaard, running 25:15.8 to finish 26th.
- Senior Kenji Tella and junior Nate Massie rounded out the top seven for the Tartans placing 33rd and 34th, respectively, with times of 25:30.5 and 25:31.5.
