#18 Tartans Win RMU Colonial Invite for Fourth Time

(CLINTON, Pa.) – The Carnegie Mellon University men's cross country team competed in the Robert Morris Colonial Invitational on Friday, September 12. The Tartans won the meet for the fourth time, scoring 38 points on the 8k course.

Results

• Senior Ryan Podnar crossed the finish line first for the Tartans and third overall with a time of 24:33.1
• Junior Matthew Short placed fifth overall with a time of 24:39.0, taking second for the CMU team.
• Sophomore Oliver Moss took third for the Tartan team and eighth overall with a time of 24:42.6.
• Junior Adam Kollgaard was 10th overall in 24:44.7 while freshman Tanay Parikh finished with a time of 24:50.1 in his second race as a Tartan.
• Senior Kenji Tella and junior Nicolo Fasanelli finished with times 25:09.7 and 25:09.9.
