Ming Named Centennial Defensive Player of the Week

(LANCASTER, Pa.) – Carnegie Mellon University junior defensive back Ethan Ming was named Centennial Conference (CC) Defensive Player of the Week for his play in the Tartans' 70-29 win at Dickinson College on Saturday, November 1.

Ming recorded six solo tackles, an interception, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery. His interception came in the end zone and halted Dickinson's attempt to make it a two-score game in the middle of the third quarter and led to the Tartans' seventh straight touchdown.

Carnegie Mellon will continue CC play on Saturday, November 8 when Franklin and Marshall College travels to Pittsburgh. The kick is set for 12:00 p.m. on the turf of Richard M. Lackner Field at Gesling Stadium.
