Bonson Named UAA Athlete of the Week

(ROCHESTER, N.Y.) – Carnegie Mellon University graduate student Chloe Bonson was named University Athletic Association (UAA) Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week following her performance at the 2025 NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional hosted by Dickinson College on Saturday.

Bonson helped the Tartans to a second-place finish, as she won the race by six seconds with a time of 21:24.42, leading the field for over 3k of the 6k race, becoming the first Tartan to win the regional event.

Bonson and the Tartans will compete at the 2025 NCAA Division III Women's Cross Country Championships on Saturday, November 22. The race will start at 12:00 p.m. and is being ran at Milliken Research Park in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
