Tartans Place Second at Mid-Atlantic Regional
(LOCK HAVEN, Pa.) - The Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team placed second at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship after completing the 6k course at West Branch Cross Country Course in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, on Saturday.

Results:
- Graduate student Kristen Seballos led the Tartans as she crossed fifth with a time of 22:11.2.
- Senior Mona Yuan recorded a time of 22:37.8 and placed 13th.
- The third Tartans to cross was sophomore Alyssa Hoffman in 22nd with a time of 22:52.7.
- Placing 38th and 39th were senior Kavya Tummalapalli and junior Megan Baker with times of 23:11.2 and 23:13.0, respectively.
Notes:
- Seballos, Yuan and Hoffman earned All-Region honors by finishing in the top 35 of the meet.

- The Tartans now will wait for an at-large bid to the 2022 NCAA Dvision III Women's Cross Country Championships. Bids are announced on Sunday, November 13 with the race taking place in East Lansing, Michigan, on Saturday, November 19.
