Hall Earns All-Academic Honor from USTFCCCA

Junior Elise Hall (Hillsboro, Mo./Hillsboro Senior) of the Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team was named to the All-Academic team by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
Cross Country Teams Volunteer at World Vision Headquarters

Tartans Run to 4th-Place Finish at Mid-East Regional Championship

The Carnegie Mellon University women’s cross country team raced to a fourth place finish at the 2012 Mideast Regional at Big Spring High School in Newville, Pa. hosted by Dickinson College. The Tartans were led by junior Elise Hall (Hillsboro, Mo./Hillsboro Senior).
Tartan Women Soar to Third Place at UAA Championships

The Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team soared to third place at the University Athletic Association Championships hosted by the University of Rochester on Saturday, October 27 finishing with 103 points and three runners in the top 14.
UAA Announces 25th Anniversary Women’s Cross Country Team

In honor of its silver anniversary, the University Athletic Association has announced its 25th Anniversary Women’s Cross Country Team. Forty-one student-athletes earned the honor, including five from Carnegie Mellon University.
Tartans Compete at Inter-Regional Rumble

The Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team competed at the Inter-Regional Rumble hosted by Oberlin College Saturday, October 13. The Tartans placed eighth overall out of a field of 30 teams and 270 runners.
Tartans Finish Fifth at Annual Invite

The Carnegie Mellon University women’s cross country team hosted its annual invitational on Saturday, October 6, in Schenley Park. The Tartans women's cross country team finished fifth overall as Division II Indiana University of Pa. took first place.
Women’s Cross Country Nationally Ranked

The Carnegie Mellon University women’s cross country team is off to a fantastic start due to the leadership of the upperclassmen and the fast start of the 12 newcomers. For the first time since 2001 the program earned a national ranking by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. The team broke into the rankings last week at #33 and jumped two spots to #31 after their third race of the year last week.
Tartans Finish Fourth at Lock Haven Amoungst Division II Schools

The Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team finished fourth at the Lock Haven University River Run Invite on Saturday, September 22. The team had one top 10 finisher as it competed against 11 teams including seven Division II institutions.
Tartans Finish Third at Mack Cooper Invitational

The Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team traveled north on Interstate 79 for the Mack Cooper Invitational hosted by Slippery Rock University at Cooper's Lake Campground. The Tartans finished the race third out of seven teams with three runners finishing in the top 20.

The Carnegie Mellon University women's cross country team opened its 2012 season at the Duquesne Duals in Schenley Park Saturday, September 1. The Tartan were the only non-Division I team competing in the event.
