Women’s Track and Field Earns USTFCCCA All-Academic Awards

(NEW ORLEANS, La.) - The U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced the 2026 Division III All-Academic Track & Field Teams and Carnegie Mellon University was included on the list for the 30th consecutive year.

The women's track and field team earned the distinction because of a cumulative team grade point average (GPA) of 3.10 or better for the 2025-26 academic year, as the Tartans carried a cumulative team GPA of 3.58 for the academic year.

In addition to the team earning the award, seven individuals were honored:

Sophomore Ava Barnes - Biological Sciences
Graduate Student Chloe Bonson - Business Intelligence and Data Analytics
Junior Ananya Devpura - Electrical and Computer Engineering
Junior Maya Ducker - International Relations and Politics
Senior Margaret Ann Healy - Chemical Engineering
Sophomore Elise Kempf - Biology
Senior Jackie Liu - Statistics

All seven individuals qualified for the award by achieving a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or better while either competing at the NCAA Championships or finishing the regular season ranked in the national top 50 in an individual event or top 35 in a relay event.
