Healy Earns All-American in 1,500-Meter Race at NCAA Outdoor Championships

(LA CROSSE, Wis.) – Carnegie Mellon University women's track and field senior Margaret Ann Healy competed at the 2026 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships hosted by the University of Wisconsin La Crosse at Roger Harring Stadium at Veterans Memorial Field Sports Complex in La Crosse, Wisconsin, on Thursday.

Healy competed in the 1,500-meter run and crossed with a time of 4:29.96 to place 14th, earning All-America Second Team honors. She is the fourth Tartan to qualify for the 1,500-meter run at the championships and second to earn All-America. Carnegie Mellon Hall of Famer, Melissa Baustert, garnered All-America status in 1996.

Healy ends her collegiate career holding the school record in the 1,500 with a time of 4:27.95 that she ran at the Widener Final Qualifier on May 11.
