Tartans Finish Competition at UAA Indoor Championships

(CHICAGO, Ill.) - The Carnegie Mellon University women's track and field team placed sixth with 29 points at the University Athletic Association (UAA) Indoor Track and Field Championships hosted by the University of Chicago.

Top Performances on the Track:

• Junior Iniyaa Mohanraj placed fourth in 60-meter hurdles with a personal-best time of 9.49 seconds.
• Sophomore Maya Ducker crossed in personal-best time of 10:08.68 in the 3,000-meter run to place eighth.  

Top Performances in the Field:

• In the triple jump, Mohanraj placed sixth and senior Jocelyn Kiefel took eighth with jumps of 11.12 meters and 11.01 meters.
• Sophomore Catalina Howells cleared the bar at 1.53 meters to take sixth in the high jump.
• Senior Katie Monahan took eighth in the shot put with toss of 11.80 meters.
