Bio

Lauren Rohde was hired as an assistant swimming and diving coach and the assistant coordinator of aquatics in November 2025.

Rohde is a 2025 graduate of Swarthmore College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology with minors in English Literature and Asian American Studies while competing on the Garnet swimming team. At Swarthmore, Rohde competed at the NCAA Championships as a junior and a senior, earning All-America Second Team honors in the 400-yard freestyle relay and 800-yard freestyle relay, helping to set program records in both events. She also competed individually in the 400-yard IM, 200-yard butterfly, and 500-yard freestyle.

Rohde’s coaching experience includes summer camp coaching at Princeton University and the University of Texas and providing private lessons while at Swarthmore.
