Potrebic Withdraws from Competition at NCAA Outdoor Championships

(GENEVA, Ohio) – Senior Casey Potrebic of the Carnegie Mellon University men's outdoor track and field team withdrew from competition at the 2025 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Friday morning due to injury. The championships are being held at Spire Institute in Geneva, Ohio. Potrebic competed Thursday in the decathlon and was in 18th place with 3,086 points after five events. He was set to finish the decathlon on Friday with the 110-meter hurdles, discus throw, pole vault, javelin throw, and 1,500-meter run.
