      <description>Carnegie Mellon University junior women&#x2019;s swimmer Kim Hochstedler (Mishawaka, Ind./Penn) was selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) as a 2017 CoSIDA Academic All-American on the Women&#x2019;s At-Large Team. The team honors athletes from ten different sports with Hochstedler being one of 19 swimmers to earn the award. Her placement on the third team is the first of her career and first for a Tartan swimmer since 2013.</description>
