Following the completion of the second-round, the field was cut to the top 15 teams and the top six individuals not on advancing teams.</description>

      <description>The Carnegie Mellon University women's golf team carded rounds of 281 (-7) and 279 (-9) at the 36-hole NCAA Preview at Desert Willow Golf Club in Palm Desert, California over the weekend. The Cardinal and Gray ended the event with a program record team score of 16-under par 560 to win the 15-team event. The previous lowest 36-hole school score was four-under par which was recorded at the Montgomery Country Club Women's Intercollegiate in September of 2021.</description>

      <description>The Carnegie Mellon University women's golf team competed at the 2025 University Athletic Association (UAA) Championship Match Play on Monday and Tuesday and placed second after recording a record of 1-0-2 in the round-robin match play championship format. The 2025 UAA Championship was played at Elks Run Golf Club in Batavia, Ohio, and won by NYU which posted a record of 2-0-1.</description>

      <description>The 2024-25 Carnegie Mellon University women's golf team received academic recognition from the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) when the association announced the top 25 teams with the highest team GPA for each division. The Tartans ranked 24th among NCAA Division III institutions. The 12-member Cardinal and Gray team finished the year with a cumulative grade point average of 3.695.</description>

Sudjianto landed a spot on the third and marks the third time a women&#x2019;s golfer has been named to the Academic All-America team in program history.</description>

      <description>For the fifth time in the last six seasons, five members of the 2024-25 Carnegie Mellon University women's golf team have been named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar Team, as announced by the organization. Graduate student Alexis Sudjianto, seniors Sriya Mupparaju and Kaylin Yeoh, sophomore Nikita Jadhavall along with freshman Cecilia Jia were recognized. It also marks the eighth straight year four or more have been recognized.</description>

      <description>It was a terrific spring semester for Carnegie Mellon Athletics, as nine teams earned NCAA Championship appearances during the winter and spring seasons&#x2014;while Tartans continued to shine in the classroom. An impressive 147 student-athletes achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA, and nearly two-thirds posted a GPA of 3.50 or higher, exemplifying the department&#x2019;s commitment to excellence on and off the field.</description>
