Strength is a skill and we always emphasize proper technique. As technical proficiency improves strength will improve as well.
Through effective training and communication with all members of the sports performance team we work to identify and manage at-risk athletes through proper training, rehabilitation, and potential modification of training loads when necessary. Further, the development of strength, speed, fitness, agility, and mobility builds immunity to the physical stress of practice and competition.
