  • Men’s Soccer Volunteers Time and Skills with Local Community

    For three weeks in the months of March and April, the Carnegie Mellon University men’s soccer team spent time with local youth in Wilkinsburg teaching the basics of soccer. The newly formed program which ran for eight weeks was hosted by the Hosanna House and was designed for boys and girls ages 6-10.

The Tartans are now 8-4-2 on the year and 2-1-2 in UAA play while the Spartans sit at 8-4-4 and 2-1-2.

    Carnegie Mellon University head men’s soccer coach Brandon Bowman has announced that Jonathan Velotta will join him as the full-time assistant coach for the 2014-2015 season. Velotta comes to Pittsburgh with over 11 years of coaching experience at the club, Division II and Division I levels.
