We are starting a walking challenge every Wednesday for six weeks. We will explore some various trails near and around campus. We will start with the upper walking trail around the track the first week. We are staying close to campus so bring your friends and join the fun!
This will be our "mini work-cation" to get you away from your desk if even for a little while.
Stop by the track on Wednesday May 27th from Noon-1:00 to sign up and get your free gift. Turn in your form to the equipment desk if you can't make the walk. Make sure you put your name on the fitness bulletin board. Let's get this campus MOVING!
